What is Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy involves the assessment, diagnosis and management of pain, injury or dysfunction, often leaving patients with a diagnosis but little aftercare, exercise progression and support and often reducing the effectiveness of the treatment.
Physiotherapy at Strong and True goes one step further by guiding you along a path to recovery every step of the way. Our physiotherapists have a strong background in performance and strength and conditioning sciences, pushing you hard to hit your goals but knowing when to push and pull back or change direction.
Strengthening will form a fundamental part of the journey, where the deeper foundations of strength are laid down to ensure the issue does not return in the future.

Physio-Led
Strength & Conditioning
Get stronger under the eyes of a physio.
Less injuries, more results. Strength training is for anyone looking to create a stronger more robust version of themselves.
Your training will be carefully planned and monitored under the eyes of a specialist strength and conditioning physiotherapist ensuring your strength and fitness progresses without injuries holding you back.
Your first session will involve meeting your physio for a initial assessment and to establish your previous training history and injury status, as well as potentially identifying any factors that may limit further performance.
Taking your current work, life, and training pattern into account, we will initially develop a minimum 12 week training plan to fit and meet your goals and needs.
Everyone can benefit from strength training.

Performance testing ensures progress is part of the process. As the saying goes " if you're not measuring, you're guessing." At Strong and True, performance testing is an essential component to identify, monitor, and improve your performance.
